Conference NOW Pro offers a convenient solution for hosting conference calls. With just one tap, users can create their own conference call room, allowing participants to easily join the call. The app provides conference call numbers for both the United States and Canada, ensuring accessibility for all users. Unlimited conference calls with up to 100 participants are supported, and moderators have the ability to manage the call by muting participants, viewing the conference history, and recording and sharing the conference calls.

The sharing features of Conference NOW Pro allow users to easily distribute their conference number via iMessage/SMS, email, or by copying and pasting it anywhere. Calling in and entering a PIN is as simple as tapping a button on the iPhone. Additionally, moderation of a conference room can be shared with another user of the app, facilitating collaboration.

Conference NOW Pro provides several useful features for viewing and managing conference calls. Users can see who is currently in the conference room and mute/unmute participants as needed. The app also allows moderators to join the call without being muted when muting everyone else. Participants have the option to use the * key on their phone to raise their hand, helping moderators identify individuals to unmute. Furthermore, Conference NOW Pro allows the disconnection of participants and offers the option to enable contacts access for easier participant identification.

Recording, playback, and sharing of conference calls are seamlessly integrated into Conference NOW Pro. Users can start/stop recording calls, play back recordings at varying speeds, and share them as MP3 files using various platforms such as email, iMessage/SMS, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. The app also provides options for labeling and deleting recordings.

Conference NOW Pro assigns call-in numbers in the United States and Canada that can be reached from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, these numbers allow for unlimited conference length and are free to call for participants with unlimited calling to the US/Canada. After the free trial or paid subscription expires, users will be unable to use their conference rooms until they re-subscribe. Call-in numbers and PINs will be deleted 30 days after subscription expiration, and recordings will be unavailable unless previously shared or re-subscribed.

Conference NOW Pro offers a paid subscription model with the same functionality across all durations. iTunes Account is required for payment, and subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and auto-renewal settings can be accessed through iTunes Account Settings. It's important to note that any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Users should be mindful of a few important points when using Conference NOW Pro. Recordings can be downloaded within the app but are stored on the network for only 30 days before being deleted. Deleting a recording within the app is permanent, so it's advised to back up important recordings through iPhone backup or by sharing them via email or iCloud. Additionally, users should check their local laws to determine whether call recording is legal in their area.
